My belated birthday celebration with my 2 konyols was awesome! As promised, this entry, similar as the previous one, will be full of pictures.

We celebrated Aliff's 26th birthday at D'Kranji Farm Resort, which was fully sponsored by Nana, and the food too and the decorations too, basically everything! She is such a sweetheart, planning all this for her one and only, but then, who wouldn't right!?

Anyways, the theme this time round (i'm sure most of you would have guessed it already) was Old School Nerds. As quoted from Mai's FB, "Definitely one of those parties that had me almost bursting my guts from laughing too much. So much highlights I don't even know where to begin! It was just pure madness FUN!" and that, totally sums up everything.

Introducing Oni, the great organiser who spasms every few seconds.

From left to right: Lulu the nerd who is madly in love with Aloyscious. Elizabeth the neat selenge nerd. Betty the nerd who has a secret affair with Mr Kassim. Lucy the nerd who wants to be a cheerleader. Toto Chan the sexy slutty nerd.

From left to right: Mr Kassim our DM, who is so fierce to the guys but flirty to the girls especially Betty. Aloyscious the gay nerd who washes tupperwares with leaves as there were no sponges. Prof Brad the mad scientist who shows stupid magic tricks and also a mama's boy. George Bond the rocket scientist.

The latecomers: Julie the shy nerd who takes great pictures. Susanne the cheerleader who wants to be a nerd and that explains why she doesn't look like the rest at all!

While awaiting for the birthday boy's arrival, we kept ourselves busy with all sort of things. Like presenting Lucy with her belated birthday gift.

Slacking around on the bed, watching tv.

Some were busy camwhoring here and there and some, like i have mentioned earlier, busy doing their own stuff. Prof Brad is one of them, so oblivious to the surrounding.

And then, finally the arrival of the birthday boy. The first thing he did when he saw us, was to laugh. We are damn pro right Aliff? lol.

So here we have it, Harley the gangster nerd of the group.

And soon after, makan time! George Bond must have been so hungry, maybe he hasn't eaten for days, he must have been busy with the rocket invention, he was the first to start the ball rolling.

What is a birthday party without games?!

We split ourselves into 2 groups. We played charades, we played thieves and murderers, we played this game that Toto Chan introduced but I forgot what it is called.

And of course, it won't be fun without forfeits.

At one point of time, Lucy's name, was changed to MaiKening, by Prof Brad. And as you can see, it was so obvious this two are having an affair. Do forfeit also want to do together. Tsk, tsk. ;)

Kesian you all, muka conteng sini, conteng sana ey. Haha.

So there goes, one more wonderful and memorable event that will be kept in my heart forever. :)

Yes darling I know, it has been ages since I last updated this boring blog of mine. But what to do.. especially when you are so busy with your life. Busy with the current AYG. Busy going to theme parties. Busy spending time with the loved ones. And of course, busy clearing up my never ending work so that I could leave that xxxxing workplace of mine!

Zee's Advance 22nd Birthday Surprise.
Theme: Baju Butterfly.

Here are some tips on how to surprise people. Firstly and the most important tip is to work as a team. If one of the member decided to do something, the rest must must follow even if it means changing your outfit outside the lift. Don't be shy.

Then, take a group photo.

After that, quickly get to work.

Place the food at the doorstep...

...press the doorbell

..then run and hide.

Remember, be as QUIET as possible.

If after a few minutes and there is still no response, try again. And again. And again.

Even if at that moment of time you are feeling damn hungry and couldn't stand any longer.

Just continue to wait!

Be patient, coz eventually someone will open the door. By then you will be able to hear that someone says something. Something like.. "Zaifan, did you order McDonalds?"

Now, that is the signal for you to appear from wherever you're hiding and shout "SURPRISE!"

See.. after you are done with all that, you can still have your breakfast. Afterall, patience is virtue.

So how, are the tips good? Haha.

It was indeed one of the most memorable event ever. And i'm sure even Baba (Zee's dad) will agree.

He was about to go out, when he turned to Este and started talking about car keys, then he realised he was talking to the wrong person. "Adik, where are you? You all look the same!" Haha. He got so confused.

We spent the whole day at Zee's place. We played charades. We had picnic at the playground. We played catching at the playground with baju butterfly (yes, we did!). We ate Ben and Jerry ice cream while watching Sex and the City at her living room. And at the end of the day, Zee's dad treat us all to dinner.

What a vundeeerful day!

24.04.09~Midnight Movie

Friday night, met up with my 2 darlings. Initial plan to go Timbre was cancelled as somebody (who is so pandai) suggested watching "Jangan Tegur". Everybody got so excited and agreed without thinking of the consequences of what will happen when the movie ends. We bought the tickets and had our late dinner at Pastamania.

Ain became so excited and hyper while sharing with us the juicy gossips that she ended up having all of the chilli flakes in her pasta.

At the end of the night, the 3 of us make a promise to each other. Never to watch horror movies together unless we watch it in the early morning. Penakut sangat seh semua. Lol.

Iffah's 21st Birthday

Initial plan to go Henderson Wave was cancelled at the very last minute due to.. (eh wait! what was the reason again?) and so we decided to go to Merlion Park. Met ain at Raffles Mrt, and it was like amazing race for us. From Golden Shoe to buy mee mamak (where ain forgot to ask for the fork), to Polar to buy the bday cake and then the fastest walk ever to Merlion Park (where we realised that we did not buy any drinks).

And so we managed to find a spot despite having a few couples there busily smooching here and there, and we quickly set the place up, thinking that fiha and iffah was already on their way. But in the end we waited for abt 30-45mins before they actually arrive. So much for me having a meeting at 5pm and will only end close to 7pm, for ain to end work late as there's just so much work to do and fiha, who got suddenly got stuck in a traffic jam. Haha, but hey iffah did believe all our excuses ok. So we indeed did managed to surprise her. Hope you love the simple surprise darla! ;)

On the way to Iffah's house, the 5 of us (me, bf, Ain, Redz and Iffah) played the "Confession Game". Lots of confessions were made, the three of us at the back voiced out the most. But the trick the 3 of us used were that none of us made our own confession, we actually confess for one another. So the two guys had to figure out whose is whose. But I'm pretty sure they get it.

We could sense the 'hotness' from each and everyone of us but everyone remain cool. We really make full use of the time talking about this confession thingy. And I'm sure that was the only time where each and everyone of us dare to confess some stuff which have been kept deep inside for so long.

Surprisingly, the bf also confesses to certain things. Well at least now I know how he has been feeling. When we reached Iffah's house, we thought that it was over, like Ain said " Cakap sini, MATI sini " but without us realising, as the bfs were having their smoke break, they actually continue with the conversation. But that was just between the both of them.

I only knew about that yesterday when the bf called. Fyi, if you knew me well, me and bf aren't the type of couple who will hog on the phone. Yes its true, we don't talk at night til the wee hours. And he's not the type who will call and ask where am I or what am I doing every few hours and etc. But of course, we do sms. I am so used to the freedom that he has given me that when I go out with my girlfriends or anyone, to tell you the truth, at times I do get irritated when their bf keeps calling. For goodness sake. And don't get me wrong, I'm just so used to this freedom, and that I get rimas if i ever have to be in that situation. I mean like its okay to call once in awhile, but not every hour, right?

Anyway back to the story, yesterday we talked and I mean really talk (I don't remember the last time we actually talked on the phone for so long). We talked regarding the confession game we had the night before. This time round we confess to one another.

What he said was indeed true, if anyone were to start a topic about guys and girls, it will never end. The girls will always have something to say and the guys, as cliche as it might sound, will never agree to what the girls said. But kuasa tuhan, to live happily, we need one another.

So appreciate what you have and don't complain so much coz you will never know whether there is someone out there who will be able to love you as much as how your loved ones are loving you right now. :)

They have such a nice deep voice which i'm sure you guys will love it. Just a word of caution, you won't be able to stop laughing the moment they start.

.Since it was still early, some of us went over to Zee's house and we played charade in the middle of the night.

.By the way, pictures can be very deceiving.. we look as if at any point of time we could just close our eyes and sleep right? but the actual fact was we were laughing our ass off most of the time.

2nd dare: Afiq has to walk down the same flight of stairs and shout to George. "George.. I'm gay". George actually turned to look at him. Waduh.

And then due to some 'technical fault', we end the game early and decided to call it a ~~day~~ night.
Ask George for the bill and guess what he wrote on the the bill?

And then....... the moody bf fetched me home.

Geylang with my two bootyfull girlfriends on a Sunday night.

I realised that I have almost the same pose for all the pictures. Aiseyman.

And so in just one week, i went to Geylang si-paku geylang THREE times. On Saturday, went there with the dear bf to buy his baju raya. After walking for about 30mins or so, we saw one tt is nice and bought it. The moment we step out of the shop he exclaimed "Yes lar! At last!" oMg. He so pemalas can. That place was even worse than Geylang ok. Totally packed with people, like sardine. No wonder Geylang tak ramai orang. Lol.

Time check, 6.15pm. I msged tynn asking them where they were. She replied that they were already at the airport. 15mins later I received a call from them, by then I was already at raffles pl, tynn said that Rosh is going in soon so I don't have to go to the airport. Woookay! thank you very much for making me rush and get out of my office at 6pm on the dot! Haha.

Then they decided to break fast at Simpang Bedok. I was like what Simpang Bedok? How to go? Alight which station? Then take what bus? OMg. I am so kental ok. Anyway lucky for them Zee was driving, but me? I panicked, sungguh panicked ok. Tell you the truth, it was my first time ever to alight at Tanah Merah Mrt Stn and boarding bus no. 9. LOL. But alhamdulillah, in the end I managed to reach there safely. =p

As it was still early, and also since we were already at the east side, we decided to singgah....

n yes, Geylang on a tuesday night tak ramai orang. I like soooo much. Haha.

We were there for less than an hour then we started to feel hottt and bored and so we decided to go home. I know waste our time only right, but seriously I think its either we were too tired or the place is just not so meriah yet.

And on our way home we took countless number of pictures. I'm pretty sure Zee was annoyed with the flashes right Zee, but you sabar jer because you love us so much rigggght? =)

The initial plan to go shisha-ing was cancelled because somebody need to wake up early for his prac the next day. ( abg pear, next time u belanja hor!) So we went bowling instead. And which ever team tt lose has to pay. Unfortunately the mentel group won (guess who). Haha.

After rounds of throwing those heavy bowling balls, we had our supper at The Cheese Prata Shop, where Hanis & bf joined us. Their pratas are not really that 'wow' but ok lar.

After tt we decided to go and venture Haw Par Villa, but the gate was locked and there was no way for us to go in. And so we camwhore at the entrance. LOL.

Look at the time, yes your eyes are not playing a trick on you. It is indeed 11.30am and I am at home. I was given few days of MC for gastric flu.

On Wednesday afternoon, I took a half day off as my stomach was aching so badly. Few hours later, my stomach was hurting 3254546435 X much more. My parents then took me to the nearest doctor. It was really hurting so much that i could barely walk for more than 5 steps without feeling like i was about to faint. There were so many patients in the clinic when i reached, but since i couldn't control myself anymore the doctor decided to examine me first. And the only sentence that i could remember him saying was.. " If it gets worst, bring her to A&E asap ". My oh my, it must have been a serious case i thought. But Alhamdulillah, after eating the medicine, i slowly felt better. And now, im feeling much2 better but the only food i could eat for now is porridge, aiyeer so bland ok.

Anyways on a totally different note, remember i got my first pay last week? And I got much more than what i expected, so my parents suggested that i should treat my aunts and uncles and also the cousins to Sakura. Waduh!. But fortunately, my dad volunteered to pay half of it, if not $500 gone just like tt. Haha. Kidding, I was ikhlas when treating all of them ok, after all they are always there for me, for my family. And so on a Sunday night, we all had our dinner at Sakura International Buffet. It was one hearty meal i must say. =)

I almost burnt my house down. Can you believe it? I was too engrossed looking at pictures tt i forgot to turn the stove off, n wen i turn away from my pc to see how come there's this burning smell... woooo, my living room, my kitchen, my dining area and my study room were covered with smoke. Hahaha. I must be getting old to forget something really minor but yet so important at the same time!

So anyways, updates!

Last week, i had 2 gatherings. 2 gatherings in 1 night to be exact. After work, i went to Causeway point, to meet my MDIS mates. Had our dinner at Seoul Garden. The size of the place has shrank, the servings of the spread of buffet items have shrank, the size of the table has shrank, pendek kata, everything has become smaller in size. But still we had a meaningful and fun dinner together.

Then ard 9 plus, i moved off to meet the Regent clan at C2K park. The boys ordered a lot of scrumptious food but unfortunately i was too full to eat.

These boys have yet to change, from the sec school times till now where we all will turn 21 soon, in fact some of them are already 21, they are still the same. They are always laughing and making silly jokes. Every single thing we say, they will try to make a joke out of it.

There was this one time where the the boys were eating crabs using fork and spoon...

Kin: Eh you all very funny ar, people eat crabs using hands and not fork and spoon.
Zul: That's why its not funny!
Everyone: LOL.
Zul: See, now than its funny.

You get what i mean? Haha. We stayed there, talk about stuffs and laughed at more silly jokes all the way till almost midnight. It was definitely one hell of a night!

And yesterday was pay day! And the amount that i got was so unexpected, it was like almost double the amount i should get. Apa lagi, shopping sakan lar! Haha.

I saw this dress that i really like. It was a love at first sight. I looked at the bf...

Bf: Eh tembam, look at this. (pointing at the paper bags he was carrying)
Me: Eh, one more only lar and btw tu baru 3 paper bags ok.
Bf: Ewah, 3 only but cost $xxx, still want to buy. No, no.. wait till next month.

Wah, everytime i saw something nice and asked for his opinion he will show me the paper bags. Pantat right!

I know, you jealous kan, coz the whole day yest u cant find the jeans that u wanted kan. Padan muka. =p

This time round it is gonna be on a 2 year contract. Can I last tt long?

I must have been the most semangat girl on earth today. I took 7 hours straight to finish reading P.S I love you. Yes all the way til 5am in the morning. I really cant bring myself to close the book and close my eyes. It just gets better and better. And as if tts not enough, i actually beg the bf to accompany me watch the movie just now. All in one day.

Yes i know i lambat beribu2 tapak. Haha. But anyhoos, after watching the 2 hour movie i must say, i prefer the storyline in the book to the one in the movie. This is just my opinion thou.

An elderly woman walked into the Bank of Canada one morning with a purse full of money. She wanted to open a savings account and insisted on talking to the president of the Bank because, she said, she had a lot of money.

After many lengthy discussions (after all, the client is always right) an employee took the elderly woman to the president's office.

The president of the Bank asked her how much she wanted to deposit. She placed her purse on his desk and replied, "$165,000". The president was curious and asked he r how she had been able to save so much money. The elderly woman replied that she made bets.

The president was surprised and asked, "What kind of bets?"

The elderly woman replied, "Well, I bet you $25,000 that your testicles are square."

The president started to laugh and told the woman that it was impossible to win a bet like that.

The woman never batted an eye. She just looked at the president and said, "Would you like to take my bet?"

"Certainly", replied the president. "I bet you $25,000 that my testicles are not square."

"Done," the elderly woman answered. "But given the amount of money involved, if you don't min d I would like to come back at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning with my lawyer as a witness."

"No problem", said the president of the Bank confidently.

That night, the president became very nervous about the bet and spent a long time in front of the mirror examining his testicles, turning them t his way and that, checking them over again and again until he was positive that no one could consider his testicles as square and reassuring himself that there was no way he could lose the bet.

The next morning at exactly 10 o'clock the elderly woman arrived at the president's office with her lawyer and acknowledged the $25,000 bet made the day before that the president's testicles were square.

The president confirmed that the bet was the same as the one made the day before. Then the elderly woman asked him to drop his pants etc. so that she and her lawyer could see clearly. The president was happy to oblige.

The elderly woman came closer so she could see better and asked the president if she could touch them. "Of course", said the president. "Given the amount of money involved, you should be 100% sure."

The elderly woman did so with a little smile. Suddenly the president noticed that the lawyer was banging his head against the wall. He asked the elderly woman why he was doing that and she replied, "Oh, it's probably because I bet him $100,000 that around 10 o'clock in the morning I would be holding the balls of the President of the Bank of Canada !"
